I help organisations of 50 to 250 employees meet Europe's cyber legislation — not on paper, but in working systems. That usually means: finding out what's genuinely expected of you, putting the measures in place, and making sure you can demonstrate that they work. More than 25 years in the field, most of it recently focused on exactly this.
My approach is simple: listen, analyse, advise. I believe technology is a means, not an end. That's why I always start with the people and the business process, not the tool.

What I've built
Alongside client assignments, I develop my own platforms — a training platform on European cyber legislation, a content management system that grew out of client work, and the sovereign infrastructure my own company runs on. That work is public and can be checked.
